Tom Morgan is the founder and principal consultant at Morgan Intercultural. Tom is a sought-after intercultural consultant, coach and trainer who has been helping leaders and employees of global organizations communicate effectively across cultures since 1993.
Tom has lived and worked in 12 countries outside the U.S.—in Europe, Scandinavia, Central America, the Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia. His work in those countries included consulting with heads of state as well as top military, educational and business leaders. Through these experiences, Tom developed a deep interest in the study of cultural differences. He then received his training in intercultural communication from some of the most respected leaders in the intercultural field.
Tom’s career as an intercultural consultant spans more than 24 years. During that time he has conducted training and consulting for more than 70 countries and has worked with Fortune 500 companies and other leading companies in virtually all major industries—for example, in defense, automotive, oil, agriculture, food, insurance, financial services, medical, media and entertainment, IT, telecommunications and other industries. Tom regularly coaches CEOs and other C-level executives of some of the world’s largest multinational corporations.
